I Love Me, Always! - Coming Soon!
What if your appearance changed so much that you didn’t want to participate in fun activities?
Bird wakes up one morning and looks in the mirror. What he sees fills him with despair. He feels so ugly that he changes his plans immediately. He will not be going to play at the lake with his friends. He would rather hide in his nest than be seen.
One of Bird’s friends, Hedgie, walks him through her self-love affirmation and reminds him that the only thing that matters is the feeling of love in his heart. Watch as Bird works through his negative self-talk and blossoms into self-acceptance.
I Love Me, Always teaches that self-love is a choice. It’s not always easy to focus on the love in our own heart. The reward of the effort is the ability to hold on to our identity when situations try to lead us away from our true self. This book is a strategic tool for any parent or teacher working against the tide of self-condemnation and despair in youth.
About the Author: Becky McCrea
As Becky McCrea raises her children in a world filled with false social media popularity, she doesn’t want them to fall into depression when they don’t turn into social media stars. Instead, Becky pointed them toward true happiness by teaching them self-awareness lessons through storytelling when they were very young.
Becky has built multiple businesses in the information technology industry. In this setting, she tells stories of empowerment to clients and business associates. Many adults tell her they wish they had learned these empowering manifestation techniques earlier in life. Hearing this sparked the idea to write children’s books with the goal of sharing relatable situations and simple affirmations to live a happy life.
Becky lives in a sprawling suburb of Iowa with her husband and two active children. They love to play soccer and travel as a family.
